Zero Hunger

REFLECTIVE JOURNAL Zero Hunger Wasting food become a daily habit of people nowadays especially in the city. When we visit the restaurant, we can see people around us leaving the table with leftovers on the dish. Even we ourselves do the same. We buy some drinks or food just because are intrigued of the packaging or the advertisement then throw it away when we do not like the taste. It is a terrible fact. According to Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) data, every year 1.6 billion tons of food are wasted which 1.3 billion tons of it can actually still be consumed. FAO reported in The State of Food Security and Nutrition in the World: Safeguarding Against Economic Slowdowns and Downturns, more than 820 million people live undernourished. Quality Education

 REFLECTION JOURNAL  Quality Education As I belong to a culture which have a mindset that a girl doesn’t deserve to study university because in the end she belongs nowhere but “the kitchen”.  I have always dreamed to go aboard for educational purpose. And of course the whole folk wasn’t really convinced about that!  Some says “How come a girl go to college! It will be hard to find a husband for her” and others say “Why should we waste money? She will be a house wife anyways”  Well to be honest All that was expected.
